Array ( [sid] => 13648 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Gods Of War [time] => 2003-03-03 06:00:00 [hometext] => This was written ten years ago and still made not sense to post, so it's re-done from it's original form. it speaks of the current truth. Enjoy the poem from this Former Political Idealist =o) [bodytext] => It is in our nature to kill ourselves

and destroy everything in our path.

We kill for a living and live for killing.

The innocent seek sancutary,

the killers seek blood.

What the hell are we fighting for?,

We're fighting with the Gods Of War.

Dream with eyes closed and

misunderstand the truth.

Live in the darkness of the dictator

and begin the murdering banter

Why Breath life in the dust?

there is no justice when we kill,

roll your eyes to the big thrill.

there is no peace and no end to war.

Fogotten the 3rd world we own?

Lots of Oil!!!

We're fighting with the Gods Of War.

send out the Billion $$ troops.

Use the medicare surplus.

let the depression set in.

$900 Billon deficit, he wasted it.

But just remember one thing,

remember YOU put him in office

And I'm a rebel, i ain't gonna fight no more [comments] => 1 [counter] => 218 [topic] => 13 [informant] => darkkai [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )
