Listen, Can You Hear It ?

History’s and Herstory’s, it’s all been the same.
This story’s the mysteries—
Of Love without pain.

Losses are the hue of the heart that’s been broken
What I say un-to you, is of Love seldom spoken,

Love can’t be spent, that well won’t go dry
It’s not for rent, never, never will it die.

It’s a never ending dream, blessings from a giver.
It’s a never ending stream, caressings from a river.

Love, you can’t break it, it’s not like glass!
You can forsake it, but you’d “be” the ass!

For you who would dwell in it’s sorrow and pain
You’ve soiled yourself, Love, is “not” that stain!

Go ahead, withhold your love, embellish your hurting.
Don’t complain to Above, it’s love—you´re perverting.

For the moaner and groaner and “you” who complains
You-- broken heart owner, it bleeds you insane!

So sing to yourself of your sorrow and pain
You say you know love, but you´re a crier in shame.

Love is you “the master“, Pain is you “the slave.”
Love is your true nature, Pain is your true cave.

So, come out! come out! wherever you are,
Don’t be in doubt-- Love’s never that far.

It’s in you and me and her and him.
It’s in sky and sea, in risk and whim.

It’s within your sight, it’s behind every eye.
It´s your dream of night, it’s your want to fly.

Pain is the blinding that skews future flight.
Love is the mending for the long hopeless night.

Love is your spirit, an angel calling your name
Listen, can you hear it-- Singing, “Light Up Your Flame”.

History’s and Herstory’s, it’s all the same.
This story’s the mysteries--
Of Love without pain.

Pain can be Blown-Up! Come on baby, love that burning “fire!”
A soul no longer washed-up.
That’s This Loves One Desire!

I'm an ass withholding love...uh oh! Reminds me of my picture, check it out www.mscrys.deviantart.com

I really enjoyed this piece. In fact I think I may read it a couple times more in order to soak in every word and get the best understanding I can. That and I'm distracted by children at the moment so I can't give it my full attention atm. ;)
