shared moments;
is love only a muse
that haunts her dreams...
Could she dare to dream
of his love
belonging to no other;
or would love be lost
when dawn's early light
brought the night's end...
What would her life
be without love;
what would love be
without him? [comments] => 2 [counter] => 169 [topic] => 2 [informant] => Mississippi [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LovePoetry )

Firstly, WELCOME TO YPDC! I hope you enjoy your stay and look forward to reading your work. I came to your post because I liked your name. I am from Alabama so it feels me with warmth not only to see another Southern States person Poet on this site, but that person is proud enough of that fact to make their state a 'pen name'. BRAVO for that!

Upon seeing your title and getting a glance at your poem I thought. "So short for such and powerful title". Then I read the work and well it's perfect. Poetic, to the point, and a brilliant finality. A great first impression which means personally I will be expecting much from you. After all southern Americans are not exactly known these days for their intellect. So I guess not only did this make me expect great things of you, but also count on you to help bring an end to that prejudice. Wonderful job! Again welcome to YPDC !

BRAVO!

SCM
