Realize that those who mistreat you are ignorant to the true meaning of life. For love is not bitter or unkind, it is unconditional and without pain.
Try not to judge others or criticize, for what you do will come back to you.
On your darkest days remember that you will gain strength and compassion which is an honourable trait.
Try not to blame others for the path of your life because each choice has been your own and they have made you who you are today.
Everyone has a lesson in life to learn , accept this and treat each lesson as a challenge and each mistake as a victory.
Walk with love and not hate. Be kind to to others and to yourself.
Be known for what you have done for others and be an example to those who have not yet learnt how to walk with love.

I like how the last line shows that to walk with love is the antithesis to ignorance and mistreatment. Nice life lesson, thanks for sharing.
