They say for me to close my eyes
so I can feel the peace within
But even that i have tried
And i still dont feel anything

I breathe in deeply just as im told
As i count from one to ten
And as im doing so it fails
Because my pain just begins again

I try to not think about it
but it all seems to come back
There i see myself standing alone
on my extremly lost track

I cannot seem to focus
I cannot seem to think
I keep bringing myself donw
most of the times without even knowing it

The picture keeps appearing
im such a failure
All rugged up and poor
Ive lost all my friends and family
thers no one left to adore

But then suddenly i see the light
and i dont no what to do
i saw a beautiful figure come out of it
the day i talked to you

You bent down to lend your hand
i grabbed it without a second thought
the love and understanding that was expressed
can never ever be bought

Im so lucky, so grateful to have parents like you
that i rarely do appreciate
you rarely dish out rules for us to follow
instead you cooperate

That day we talked i realised that
i finally got it right
that you were my miracle, my angel
from that shining light

I now close my eyes
i feel the peace within
then i get a surprise
i see a future so beautiful, ive never seen.
