Alone there in your jungle
you cry the silent tears
emotions out on day release
all your hopes and fears

in public though, all happy
the appearance of a clown
you dont want to take others with you
when you know your falling down

life is full of challenges
some are good and some are bad
these are when you need a friend
to help lighten the load a tad

you dont want to be a burden,
you sometimes just need an ear
someone to hold you oh so tight
and let you cry them silent tears

Alone there in your jungle
you cry the silent tears
emotions out on day release

Great write, I agree with Bruce...a read one can easily relate to, written with honesty. I can really relate to that last stanza....good stuff.

silent tears are more hearbreaking than crying it outloud..
