The flowers bring out the green of her eyes
She waits for the sunset
And exclaims
How beautiful...
How amazing...
The shrubs brush her ankles
She skips through the green
And the sun is now dimming
Turning, she walks into the sunset
To home...
To pain...
To them...
Seeming so perfect,
She stands beneath the scarlet clouds
She sees a rabbit
Hurting
A thorn pushing through it's paw
Slight red drips
She bends
And with grace, pulls the thorn
She smiles
Radiant
Always with open arms
Beautiful godess
Two faces
Not a negative way
On one side, the beauty
Hides the pain
Like paint over old chesnut
And yet I can see the cracks
But its okay
I promise I will be here
