He helped me out as much he could.
He helped me out more then he should.
He was kind and gentle.
He taught me lots.
He taught me love of the game,
how to sing a club,
how to get the ball in the cup.
He taught me the game he loved so much.
He’s my inspiration,
my hero I could even say.
I remember him to this day;
the way he was.
He was my grandpa
the one family member I can say I loved.

Thank you for sharing that with us. It's nice to hear about family taking care of each other. Seems to happen less and less these days... |
