I wish you could be honest
and tell me all the reasons why
I'll wait a lifetime if that's what it takes
for you to trust and feelings you'll not deny

I wish you could spit it out
why you made the choices you did
You give me excuses I don't understand
They seem shallow...real reasons left hid

Is it so hard to admit
there was something wrong
Why did honesty become so hard for you
The road in this marriage so long

I wish I could freeze the time
Go back and fix things right
Close my eyes and it all be a dream
Just a dream, one restless night

The sadness is felt from beginning to end in this write. May your heart one day once again be filled with the peace and joy that you seek.

Sweet and gentle laura.. hun I know the darkness is overwhelming.
And it can be all consuming when answers lie obscure and all you are
left holding are damn nagging questions ...

I hope that as time moves, wounds heal and answers become aware,
and that all the love and faith you've shown returns to you TENfold!
You deserve all the happiness in the world, sis.

I'm so glad you have both the wits and the skill to at least express
some of your frustrations out on paper. The written word is a never-
ending therapeutic venue ~

In all admiration and with much respect,

Peace and love,
~MG

The anguish held herein is heart wrenching
& makes my soul shutter w/ it's intensity,
still, there is one thing that it's not...
Insurmountable!!!

Please believe that...

I admire your courage my sister laura to even write at this point in your life, no it won't go away not right away the only thing one can do is face off with the one who hurt you and let them explain, a carthasus is what's needed here for both of you, get at the answers via
the reasons there were question that just maybey should have been asked in the first place. good luck to you but be carfule, go to the source laura . . .

((((peace 2u my sister)))))

Oh, hun, I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through such heartache. I hope you can sort things out.
The anguish in this, such a powerful and intense poem, it nearly reduced me to tears!

Sending hugs your way,
Dom

This must be so painful for you Laura. I wish nothing but peace and comfort to you. I wish to see your pain washed away. I know that time gives relief from pain but the time seems endless. I am so glad you continue to write and share. You have so many here who love you. We are here with you always. All I can send to you right at this moment is strength..and the knowingness that you are fully aware how incredible you are.
