draining you of life;
how damaged will your soul be
when we finally say goodbye?

i wonder...

you're too kind to run away
and save yourself from me;
and i'm too poisoned in my heart
to ever let this be.

i am...

you insist on cultivating this love
i've tried so hard to kill;
perhaps it is my talent to murder
any love that i may feel.

i do...

please forgive me my aversion
or what might seem disdain;
the truth is i must abandon you
to spare you further pain.

i must...

This is beautiful, drenched with such child like honesty and innosence, no need for forgiveness for you have written what's in your heart and that in itself is loving. Give your heart time to come around to what it realy feels and you shall know love again. A most lovely peice of writting.

Oh priss, this is excruciating!!!

I know not if this is real or fictional, but it certainly evokes
a deep emotion in me that rips the heart, full out!! Damn!

I am ever amazed how we can recognize the need for a
change, but are so bloody helpless when it comes to
the execution of that fact. *sigh*

Hoping your days get better ... excellent expression of
thought here, my friend. Truly exceptional.

aunt priss
this poem is one of many depths
of many feelings
all of which were so effectively portrayed
you need not feel this way for life moves on, good and bad, with the option of always finding a way to trade the bad for the wonderful.
i remember sitting on your balcony reading this then chatting with you
i miss that

truly magniciful!
