soft thoughts were ours
talks of far-away places
if onlys" rise.

That minute We were swift and sure
a fire" made the desert look small
Heat shimmers rise
joining tinseled sounds
of leaves giving to wind.

I am yours completely
at this breath, and always
I have your word I will carry
through time.

Memory rides
a nameless wind
The desert takes nothing..
but what We leave behind..

Here We will lie"
secrets or claim
We were lost between dreams...
and the cooling...a breath..and a need... Vincent

Wow, this left a bit of mystery and wonder to me when I read it. You two sound like you have a great bond of friendship. As always, I love the brevity of the words and the intenseness of what they say.
Beautiful.
Peace and hugs,
Laura

Vincent, this was a very sweet, soft and beautiful caress ..
like a cool breeze on warm skin. I love the atmosphere you
created with your words and the gentle way they flow ....

Dreamy, airy and soooo completely rapturous.

Exceptional work, my friend. As lovely as the midnight sky,
adorned with the silver glow of stars ~

~Breezy
