a single scream penetrates the silence
i sense your unrest your uneasiness as you pace
i feel your concerns for the unknown the fear
events of the night causes worries inside

the night hides many events with its passing
it stretches out and takes what it wants with no recourse
i know your fears your terrors of the night
but i dont know how to stop them much less slow them
events of the night causes worries inside

the events tear through us with vengeance always reaching out
there is no remorse in its actions toward us
you curl around me in the hopes of making it through another night
if only you could sleep and have it gone when you awake
events of the night causes worries inside

at the passing of time past events tend to fade
memories dont remember all the things as clearly as they occurred
i see you trying to remember yet afraid to
is this how it must be memories to fade away forever
events of the night causes worries inside

lifes events takes us by surprise at night
filling us with fears of actions gone past
i cant stop these fears or change their course
i can only stand by and watch and give comfort
event of the night causes worries inside

Just remember that after night comes day, so be thankful that all you have to do is take it one day at a time :)

It is great that you can support this person. It is hard, but things can get better. My nights are much easier now.
