Door,

After the changes, you put me through

Did you think I would repeat the same
Mistakes I so blindly walked in once
Before

And just walk back through that same
Old door..

Why did you come knocking at my door?

Thinking I would rekindle the fire once
Burned,

But I can smile and tell you this much
The flames has flicker and flicker out

Your words are just like the air, I do not
Hear them anymore..

Nor do I care about your words they
Mean nothing at all to me

Congratulations, congratulations you
Gotten wish..

Now you come running back here to
Me..

After you seen things were not as you
Figure..

But now it is to late!

You made your bed so just lay in it
Now you see the grass is not always
Greener on the other side..

But I certainly salute you and gladly
Say fair well..

For life is on track now without you
Being an evil demon..

Honey, for a fictional piece, this felt exceptionally real.
wonderful portrayal of a love that turned its back, only to realize
later what was missing .. .I only wish that we could all have the
strength you have exercised here, in being able to slam the
door shut; never turning back. Excellent write, my friend.

A sad but what seems to be a quite liberating peice of writting. A carthasus of the heart and soul. And though it may be fiction it also is real in that this occurance is to often apart
of love in this day and age. lovely presentaion none the less.
