still on the blooming side of the stone wall
for i am made of shade and void; with petals,
the mutitude of time is yet heaped upon me
for truelove wanted his ashes set out to sea
though know not what keeps me, nor wonder
yet not the strength to leave him go asunder,
alas, twas not enough, for gods enjoy laughter
they are all gossipie mysticals in the hereafter
death claimed my dog, sweet dear best friend
aye, came once again, to my horse put an end,
weary i am.

then:
beginning of the black, crept in when i kissed his cold sweet lips,
new death brings me back years ago when i held his lifeless fingertips,
and read a letter to him of when we walked barefooted in the snow, and
so many other moments, only we lovers could know, for to me i was
reading to him and we were alone, in reality 400 others were there at
the funeral; how deep was our love.
now:
for approx. one month crows followed me everywhere, people noticed,
at first i interrpreted them as something beautiful: i was wrong. so now
once more i loose again those dear to me, an english mastiff dog; with
heart of gold named prissy who went everywhere with me all the time,
she died in my arms and thats why i was gone two weeks, overwhelmed,
lost, unbalanced. then 4days ago, friend sunshine the saddlehorse,who
only last week played tag with the chiwawa, it took a backhoe to bury her,
actually, im still quite unbalanced....sigh...
seems the crows are gone.
i hope.

Nessa,
I have tears streaming down my cheeks. I am so every sorry. I know that your love for them runs deep as the ocean hun. I wish that I could ease this heart that is aching so deepling ((Nessa))
The poem is so moving and beautiful though so sad.
I will say one thing about the Crows, alot of the time movies etc make them out to be dark or bad, not so. They are a messenger, I have had many experiences specially over last two years with a Crow. THen my parents had one as well, I will tell you a story or two in private.
I hope you have some comfort to ease this pain my dear sweet Nessa, I understand the feeling of loss and mourning all to well so I do know how you are feeling.

Sweet Nessa, Tears are in my eyes. I love your write, your tender heart and your most kindest of souls. The death of friends/family whether they be human or other is never an easy journey. They pass on to a more peaceful place and we stay carrying the burden of remembrance. I was once told by a very wise man, that our loved ones would not want to see us hurt so badly, I believe that's true. I'm hugging you tight from afar, my sweet sister.
Much peace and love to you and your fur family who has made that journey.

A beautifuly written poem only in a minor key of life. a sad song sung in a monatone voice

A quite beautiful and powerful work of art here. Flows brilliantly and breaks cliches with a seemingly effortless work of art. You have done well here my friend. Keep up the good work. Nessa, my sweet friend, when you spoke briefly of death in a PM,
I didn't know such sorrow had befallen you. Please know my heart
goes out to you during your sadness and I pray for your release ...
You have done well to exact the emotion and pain of your
circumstance with enormous poetic flair. Your author's note

A beautiful memoriam and a Shakespearean example of how written record outlasts the mortal form. So sorry for your loss. Any lesser poet would have butchered this fine tribute with sentiment, pity, and woe, but i can see you mourn in the images, and need no reminder that mourning brings tears. Masterful. Priceless.

The poem itself made my eyes well up, and then reading the note made the tears spill out.
