Don't you remember, my love
How sweet it was...
Like the sweetest nectar, baby
First time we met

Two people destined for ecstasy
Eyes locked, mood set
Conversation begins

It felt like finding someone
Who we'd loss

We both believe we had known
Each other in a previous life
Or perhaps a parallel universe?

Long lost lover
Genuine friend
Past life encounterers
Finding one another, again

Lovers for eternity
Changelings over ions of time
Lovers who are connected
Lovers of gentle sweet
Rhythm and rhyme

Sweetness of taste
Emblazed upon lips
Like fine wine...
Aged over time

Penned 2005 for Damon

Sweetie, your love and commitment is so completely beautiful.

You are a woman to be admired, not only for your devotion and
strength of will, but also your endless talent. When you write, it
seems as if your words speak directly to me at times.

Soft, gentle, open and generous ... just a magnificent write
all in all. Gorgeous words, sis.

~MG

Sis,
this is so real, no mush just plain out right honest, speaking from your heart.

*hugs tight*

There are many beautiful things in your marriage, Laura. Even through everything else, don't forget that. This proves it.

You can get through anything, hun. I know that. I can see your strength, all the way from here. And you know... if you need a friend, you can lean on me.

A lovely poem, sweetie. Please remember it.

*huge hugs*
Phil xxx
