I would appreciate any constructive comments. [bodytext] => The World's Best Pet

The world’s best pet is called a snert,
it will not bark or bite.
It cleans out its own litter box.
It guards your home each night.

A snert will not track mud inside,
it always wipes its paws.
A snert will not jump on your guests
and scuff them with its claws.

Unlike some pets that only fetch,
a snert can catch and throw.
In any weather it will play,
in sunshine, rain, or snow.

To own a snert there is a hitch
of which I have been told.
All snerts are sold by leprechauns.
The price? A pot of gold!

I want one !!! I don't have the pot o' gold though so I'll just havta keep chasin' rainbows.

Constructively ... well the third line in the first stanza rolls off of this readers tongue a bit awkward ... It seemed smoother to me by replacing the words "cleans out"... with empties. Despite that... it is still a treasure and a joy to read.

Have you found an illustrator, I'd love to see what a Snert looks like !!!

I really enjoyed reading this, and just knew there would be a catch at the end!
