No one knows why, it just does
The silence driving me insane
Trying to remember why I came
I see your face fading away
Our love belonging to yesterday
Time changing before our eyes
With no memory of good byes
Where did you go that cloudy night?
What happened when you vanished from sight?
Was it frightful and full of pain?
Why didn’t you find me and try to explain?
You left me with out a single farewell word
If you had said goodbye I promise I’d have heard.
Now all I can think of is the day I lost you
If I could bring you back there isn’t anything I wouldn’t do
I will love you forever, there is no end
You were my love, my only true friend
