Array ( [sid] => 13320 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Tina [time] => 2003-02-26 00:40:00 [hometext] => About a child who ran away from her abusive family (dad) and never wanted to return. She became a reble and lived on her own in the desert. but dying as a early adult...
let me know what you think pLeAsE. I want to know if I should add it to the other songs for my band. [bodytext] => walking that dusty road
The sunset in front of her,
And she’s walking in the wind.

The scars on her back,
the past she’ll never go back.
She’s living on her own,
Always on the run...

Tina is no longer a child,
Just a melody in the wind.
was always on the run,
ever since she was a kid.
Tina’s looking past now,
everything in her way.
Tina’s on her own still,
and will be there until her last day...s

She lays on the ground,
the earth is her bed.
Her duster just for warmth,
her arm as her pillow.

She lies awake at night,
viewing the clear sky.
The moon as her light,
one day she hopes to die.

Tina is no longer a child,
Just a melody in the wind.
was always on the run,
ever since she was a kid.
Tina’s looking past now,
everything in her way.
Tina’s on her own still,
and will be there until her last day...s

The day is far to young,
the sun, still it hides.
Her hat on her head,
awaits it to rise.

A melody in the wind,
as dust is the same.
her lost broken heart,
will never beat again.

Tina is no longer a child,
Just a melody in the wind.
was always on the run,
ever since she was a kid.
Tina’s looking past now,
everything in her way.
Tina’s on her own still,
and will be there until her last day...s

She’s still on the ground,
hasn’t moved a bit.
She died that night,
just gave up on her old *****.

Tina is no longer a child,
Just a melody in the wind.
was always on the run,
ever since she was a kid.
Tina’s looking past now,
everything in her way.
Tina’s on her own still,
and will be there until her last day...s

Tina’s on the ground,
just dust in the wind.
Ashes to ashes,
We all fall down.
Tired of her past,
Ran from it all.
Left it all behind,
Couldn’t stand up to him at all.

Tina is no longer a child,
Just a melody in the wind.
was always on the run,
ever since she was a kid.
Tina’s looking past now,
everything in her way.
Tina’s on her own still,
and will be there until her last day...s [comments] => 3 [counter] => 169 [topic] => 34 [informant] => metalmouth666 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 13 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SongLyrics )

This was beautiful and something a lot of people can relate to.I liked it a lot. If it works as a song definitely add it. If it doesn't it'll be a great poem.
