I see my Universe today.
It seems that man would be its prey.
With all the souls that be right here,
Why do you take those I hold dear?

I screamed out loud no not this soul.
No words returned, left half not whole.
I learned your lesson, now let me be.
My anger I now scream to thee.

No peace within that comfort shroud.
My Universe I cry out loud.
In time I’ll learn to take your pain.
Does it take for love? Are you that vain?

Many have shaken fists to rail at the heavens, scolding the sky and expressing loss out loud. We tend to be anthropomorphic with the unknown and unseen. In the stages one may experience when dealing with loss we may transgress over realizations only achieved after acceptance. Perhaps this is in part the process of "Learning to Forgive"

Well Done

Peace
Yang

ND .. a deeply profound question. And one, that I feel so many of us have to deal with
when tragedy enters our realm.

Respectfully, I would like to suggest that there is a certain give and take with the
universe but everything is in balance, (or soon shall be) .. like the old saying, "when
one door closes, another opens", you know? I know how hard it is to come to grips
with the reality of losing someone forever and lord knows, I've had my doubts and
wanted to lay blame for my misery. I still don't understnad the reason that my sister
was taken so soon from us, or what possible purpose there could be for her
absence, but I am comforted in the thought that one day I will understand and know.

Learning to forgive is a very hard lesson and one I think we struggle with during each
and every unique situation-- almost like we have to learn it all over again. Thank you
for sharing your selfless words, hun. You are truly beautiful. :)

~Breezy

The feeling of anger and pain is felt in your write. In order to achieve peace and joy within your heart you must be able to forgive and forget and so shall he.

Some where in this poem i feel a lot of rage
but it's refreshing in strange way cause it sucks, excuse my language, to be nice only
to get nastiness in return. hope things go better for you. And whoever this person is who hurt you, get there's in the end. great write as always . . .

When your grieving the anger is a way of coping its very hard to lose the people we love ... Hard to understand why one day we may all know the reasons I hope xxx
