YOU TOOK MY HAND, MADE EVERYTHING O.K.
YOU MY PROTECTOR, MY KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR
YOU LED ME AWAY, O, WHAT A CHARMER.

OLDER WISER, YOU MADE ME SMIE,
WE WALKED TO MY PLACE, ABOUT A MILE.
I WASHED MY FACE, YOU DRIED MY TEARS,
YOU HELD ME TIGHT, NO MORE FEARS.

YOU A GROWN MAN, SO STRONG AND WISE
YOU BURST INTO MY LIFE, WHAT A SURPRISE.
WE LAUGHED, WE FOUGHT, WE FELL IN LOVE,
YOU COULD HEAR THE ANGELS SINGING ABOVE.

WE TOOK OUR VOWS TO LOVE, CHERISH AND MORE
UPS AND DOWNS NEVER KEEPING SCORE.
YOUR IN MY HEART, IN MY SOUL, LOOKING DOWN FROM UP ABOVE
YOU AND I TOGETHER LEARNED THE MEANING OF LOVE.

YOU LET ME LIVE TO LOVE AND BE FREE
AGAIN I THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME BE ME.
SO NOW IT'S TIME TO GO ON WITH MY LIFE
I LEARNED SO MUCH BEING YOUR WIFE.

I HAD MY DREAMS, HEARD WHAT YOU SAID,
ONLY SOMEONE SPECIAL WILL EVER SHARE MY BED.
UNTILL TOMORROW AND AGAIN IN YOUR ARMS,
I KNOW YOU WILL BE WAITING WITH ALL OF YOUR CHARMS.

THERE IS NOTHING ELSE THAT I CAN SAY,
I HAD TO LET YOU GO, YOU DID IT YOUR WAY.

nicely done... it's sad, yet beautiful.. the last line is... i don't know how to describe it... it just kinda pops out and stuck in my head better than the rest of it, but everything else was well written, too
