crazy, you're worse then
a celebrity
or an addict
but really, darling
I don't care at all anymore

so, so fake
I'm not sure you're name
is even real.
but that's your business.

believe what you want
my dear
but don't you dare preach it
i don't want to hear it
nevermore,
nevermore.

don't accuse
when you know nothing
don't be yourself
when you don't know anything
about honest
and truly being unique

even if i'm not there
and don't care at all
i can't help but watch
your slow
your painful
you demise and your ruin

it's just like the car crashes
that you so often use
in your pointless poetry
that's what you are
car crash
in slow motion

do what you want
i won't be there
if you're counting on me
to catch you
you'll fall
and you'll just keep
falling

what i'm trying to say, my dear
is that this,
is forever
no more,
ever again.

my darling,
the day you finally
meet your final fall
when you come face to face
with death
the final time

look it in the eye,
smell the rotting smell
and taste the metallic blood of death
i hope it rains, with sun shining through
but no rainbow.
you've always hated the rain, the sun -
and loved rainbows. [comments] => 0 [counter] => 198 [topic] => 52 [informant] => midnight_writer [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => goodbyepoetry )

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
