Array ( [sid] => 131996 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => 'Tis The Age Of The Warlock [time] => 2007-02-22 15:08:55 [hometext] => Never have i seen love have to compete with such an abundance of anger and rage as i see in today's world. Dare we blame love for a broken heart? like punishing a baby for crying, relationship' s constantly fallen apart , without any one even trying. [bodytext] =>

To

whom

do we owe

this legacy of pain?

if

not ourselves

on this planet we

reign.

And

who

amongst us

not i for sure,

could boast an exzistance

so pristine and pure.

Is

there not something

that slips our mind? a word or a deed

that wasn't so kind, a heart that was broken

or a feeling we hurt, an innocent by stander

we treated like

dirt.

Perhaps

some one loved us

and we didn't know,

even worse we loved them

but couldn't let it

show.

'Tis

the age

of the warlock

in a world of unrest,

infesting our space like

an unwanted

guest.

As

he watches

and wait's a vigil he's keeping,

impregnating your soul while

soundly your sleeping.

Cradled

within the womb

of our heart's,

with

the skill

of a surgeon

disecting our

part's.

A

little

bit here

a little bit

there,

why

before

you know it

he's every

where.

The

age of the

warlock is here

to stay his evil

shall not let

us down,

amused

by our vices

he'll not go away

see he know's we're

the best game in

town.

Tsk tsk

judge not harshly

i mean let us be fair,

for supply and demand is

what put him

there.

Smooth and wonderfully comparable from love to the deeds of a warlock .( He'll not go away see he knows we're the best game in town.)
It was so easy for you to make the transititions in this piece. Loved it.
