But, I know you made this big, big world.
I think of all the things I see
And I think You made them 'cause You love me.

This morning, I sit here watching the rain,
As each drop trickles down my window pane.
Though I can't play outdoors, I'm glad to wait;
You rain 'cause You love me
And I think that's great!

The sun will shine again so soon;
Maybe you'll send it just after noon.
If its warm enough, Mama might say...
I can run through mud puddles
The rest of the day.

This world is full of wonders,...
There are things I'll never know.
Your wonders are in each tiny leaf
And in each flake of snow.

For each day of my life,
For as long as I may live,...
I'll be thrilled by the wonders
That to me, You give.

Let me always remember
To watch the rain...
As each drop trickles
Down my window pane.
