I can't help but smile!
When I'm loney
all alone
I can still see the sun shine
I know you're watching me
all the way up there
So I know I'm not alone
when I see the sun smile.

The gold melts into the window
and floats up to my eyes,

you once did say you could look at them forever...

you loved when no one did
you hugged me when I was cold
The memory of your kisses...
they still make me laugh

You told I was beautiful
dispite the proof in the mirror
You held me, and let me cry
till the tears refused to come...
and the sadness had left with them

I can still look at the sun
and remember what golden a time we had,
when I had you.

But you got old
You got sick
and you eventually left me behind

but I still remember you're golden face
and I remember your sun shine
