Though I can't see your face, you're here in my heart.
If I may steal some words from our favorite song;
You've been far away for far too long.

Without you in my arms, I fall to pieces.
Without the touch of your hand, my heartbeat ceases.
Our love is unending, strong, and true.
So I'll patiently wait 'til I can be with you.

With our only connection heartstrings and phone lines,
It's hard to believe that you're truly mine.
I must hear your voice each day to survive.
For without your "I love you"'s, I don't feel alive.

You go out with your friends and wonder why I'm sad.
I guess you don't see that I miss you so bad.
A puddle of tears grows at my feet.
I remember your kiss and my heart skips a beat.

One night without you and I'm drowning in tears,
But sleep will not come 'til your voice I can hear.
I can't live without you, can't breathe without you.
I can't sleep without you, so I'll dream about you.

I imagine you're beside me, and you gently kiss my lips.
You wrap your arms around me, and touch me with your fingertips.
A wave of bliss devours me, as I give in to your touch.
You disappear in my arms, and now I miss you so much.

Can you see now why I'm crying, drowning, and dying?
Can't you see that it's your love for which I am pining?
One night without you and I nearly die.
I hope you understand now, and don't ask why I cry. I find that one of the most important parts of writting is the title because that is what first catches the reader, and i adore the title(as well as the rest of the poem).
