i'm not the one crying on the floor...
i'm not her today
i'm better this way...

i learned to love again
realizing hate is not a sin..
cuz all i feel for you is anger and pain.
and learning to dance in the pouring rain..

i'm not her anymore,
i'm not standing begging at the door
i'm not her today
i've said all i have to say..

i don't look for you in another eyes
don't listen for those same old lies
i love freely and open, i am complete
i only have one thing left to do,,, you memory i must delete.

i'm not here anymore
i'm not listening to you snore
i'm not here today
i'm just me, and nothing more to say [comments] => 5 [counter] => 305 [topic] => 55 [informant] => brokenwings [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 14 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => dedicatedpoems )

brokenwings, I really enjoy this type of poetry as one finds a way to rise above the pit falls of life and bounce back a much better stronger person. Now its time I thank you for sharing your wonderful talent and for giving us a little more of you through your gift of poetry.
