But all the same, it bums me out

Out out out
Out of the ring you’re circling, this game is in effect
All spectators, wagers, crusaders in their knight get ups make your bets
Tonight we have a woman with a secret in her smile
Weighing in with horribly low self-esteem hailing from some pill induced dream
I said a ding, ding, a ding, ding ding

In the other side, by the candlelight, we have our gentlemen, who gently jest his love excess till he’s genuinely at an end
He’s standing at a centimeter tall, or at least that’s how he feels, with his mind a tight rope circus reel, arms in the red gloves, dignity on the heels
This should be a triumphant round of suffering
I said a ding, ding, a ding, ding ding

Deliver the punch
“Lets have lunch”
One to Ten he’s out!

Out out out

I’ve been thinking a lot about rhyming something, but it’s just so awful to say
I think you could take it though, so here it goes

Just because I trust you, doesn’t mean you should trust me too

Ha! Holy ****! Who’d of thought you knew?

Knew knew knew
Knew, she must have known, how’d she win the fight?
I was out cold like February when the judge asked me if I was all right
And this must be quite a sight, to see me here, in some improper attire,
The newspaper’s will quote me as the instigation liar,
But she knew!
She knew,
She must have E.S.P. because there is always an answer to the question that never came out of me

On the bright side of things, I’ve got coverage to boot, on this failing that grabs me by the root. I’ve won the battle, the press flashes my face, I’ll be forever, the woman with a mind erased,
If I could get a chance to start this all over, I think my question would be some lesson,
It’d market him into some expression,
I’d say “I don’t know how someone with a heart as cold as ice, could come up here like a volcano flare with an attitude so nice”
I should have known, I thought I knew!

Knew knew knew

Maybe I’ll toss a few coins down the mail, they could use it more then me. And I think perhaps the most effective defense,

Would be to say,
It doesn’t matter if you’ve won the fight, I’ll be black and blue and still be right

A catching and thought provoking write, I liked the style of this as well it carried it along nicely I think.
