exploring for the correct answer.
Buried internally in our mind,
or perhaps outside that inner realm of mankind.

Maybe the answer lies somewhere in the unconscious.
Possibly no answer exists at all.
So, what is it that you are searching for, my friend?
Perhaps, like so many, some peace of mind again?

Exploring and reflecting within,
for the solution to our inner turmoil.
We lament over our inner thoughts,
peace of mind is highly sought.

We keep asking why for certainty.
Why is this circumstance troubling us?
Why did this happen?
Why can't I feel better?

Why will give us the rationale
for what does or does not happen.
But knowing why will not complete the transaction.
First we must answer what and how, plus take action.

Oh, Will .. this is wonderful. A perfectly profound write with
questions AND answers in how to go about finding .. "ourselves"
(or at least, what it is we think we seek)

You are right ... we need to ascertain the correct question
to obtain the results we want .. but how do we know what
that question is? hmmmm... you have left me with much to
ponder, my friend.

Excellent post.

Oooo I always did like question poems. You have done a great job bring the tough ones to the fore.
Others have said this before and I am still struggling to live by it...sometimes we just need to live the questions, the answers will come or not, when they are ready.

Wow. Right at the author's note you grabbed my attention! I often get a feeling of the profound when reading your work, and I daresay that's not a bad thing at all to evoke in someone : )
You write with clarity and purpose, and both are an admirable trait.
