These, the weak, send others, stronger than they, to die

One last push in a vain attempt to escape their humiliation
These dinosaurs will never change, and face extinction

What sad, brutish minds these are
What vacant heads, what empty hearts
With no solution save more carnage
No new horizon, only myopic limits defining their cage

Still they try to paint a smile upon Iraq's twisted skull
But fail they have and fail they will
Only more will die in this misguided plan
Just to save the face of the monkey man

Wow...a lot of observation in this one. While it doesn't offer hope, it offers the sad truth. Good write!

Writing in any form consists not only of how a piece is written but thoughts, feelings and ideas communicated to the reader. I have always admired how you wirte but what you write is usually the complete opposite of how I think. I feel that it is really important for those who have opposite ideas to communicate and listen, something that is not happening in our world today. Of course, I do not believe Bush is a mass murderer. To me that is radical thinking. Do I wish we were not in Iraq today. Yes. But I am very glad that the USA responded to Quate when they asked for help to combat the Iraq invasion of their country. I am very glad we went to Afganhistan. The attack on our country by terrorists was ...... My son was scheduled to be in one of the Trade Towers that September but fortuately his training was postponed for 6 weeks. I would really like to know what your solution to Iraq would be? What do you think of the merciless killing of Iraqi to Iraqi - a secular war so brutal it is unimageable. Is democracy a viable option for these people? Should Saddam have stayed in power no matter what he did? I really want to understand why you feel the way you do.
