Is it Cold?
Goose flesh signals
rushing water,
transparent blue,
green, brown & froth
into crystal lines
drawing rich secrets.

Bright pearls
rising from the deep,
quiet bubbles of
earths breath floating on
reflecting surfaces,
infinite glints,
depicting sky and
fingertips of breeze...

The stream views
eyes upon it
the delight of waters
ran and ran,
to air and rain
incessantly it runs
from mountain springs
changing the meaning
to teach
deep listening.

Everywhere at once
falls and rapids
the source and mouth,
seas and mountains dance,
as time shadows One
moment,
keys of the future
shinning in the past.

Our lives are kin
to everything in existence
glimpse this 'spacious present.'
Ecstasy and Awe
required.

To ease suffering
torrential time,
with heart,
press ears
to Mothers navel
as voices,
chuckling bursting
splashing, gurgling
humming this flow
of cosmic blood,
connects us each
by umbilical spirit,

To simply be in love...

With All and everything
held in highest regard
in wise bright esteem,
every second is precious,
with wit extended to
a 'wet' metaphor,
tippy-toe tested.

AJ, that was so fantastic of a nature write. My heart just swells with love for this wonderful place we call home. Her beauty leaves me in constant awe. It is wonderful to know others love her just as much. Great write, my brother.
*Hugs you all big like*

I am a great fan of your writes.
At times I dare not comment...
I find many things, useful to me within your words...they reinforce my own thoughts, at times...and they enchant and magnify each encounter and emotions you experience in this world and within your own.
Thank you for sharing them with us.
This piece is just...
Breath-taking!

This is 'bout as close to mastery as a piece can be. So enjoyable to read 'n' ponder and so vividly laid out ya gotta feel gittin' wet! Magnificent work, my friend. Keep yer ear to Mother's navel 'n' don't venture too far that ya break that umbilical spirit. Please. Just write more about it!

This poem leaves me breathless.
I love the way you describe things,
it paints a very vivid picture in my
mind. These lines:

Our lives are kin
to everything in existence
glimpse this 'spacious present.'
Ecstasy and Awe
required.

Really stuck with me. Simply beautiful.
You have quite the talent!
