[title] => Goodluck Charm

[hometext] => This poem is about the dream of a young boy which was very sweet in the beginning that turned into a harsh reality.
[bodytext] => The day the Gypsy gave me the goodluck charm,
she said " wear this or you'll die in your own arms" I like a fool believed it and wore it for quite a while, finally I said " forget it,when I die,I'll die with a smile" One day I woke up only to find myself in a hot desert, on a dry river bed,being watched by an overhead buzzard, as I tried to get up and run for my life, I saw a shadow and in it's hand a knife. In fear and in panic,I reached for my goodluck charm, and when it was'nt there I withdrew my hand in alarm. I jumped out of bed with a wild scream, realising that it was just a dream, But I still wanted to find that charm and wear it, I wanted to make sure that I would never loose it, as I searched for it I slipped and fell, and found myself alone at the gates of hell. So I proved right what the gypsy had foretold, as I died with no one but myself to hold.
