Pictures of toxic poison seeping from my lips
It flows out like a never-ending disease
A plague that captures whatever it sees
Not backing down from its cruelty
It is made entirely out of me

I bleed this hurt into the world
It is the pain that I have unfurled
I cannot ever seem to hold back
Even when everything goes black
I cannot stop myself and what I’ve done
My heart has failed and darkness has won

The earth rises without the sun
Iciness creeps within everyone
Frozen eyes watch what happens to me
The cold hands of brutality
Want back what they cannot get
Searching for the comfort of the sunset
All the warming rays of light
That they cannot feel with their sight

The darkness engulfs everything in its embrace
Bringing back the memories I don’t want to face
It was my words that brought this sorrow on
That and all the other things I’ve done wrong
Just because of the love I lack
Dooming everyone, I bleed black

I hear this piece with metal sicing the air with long riffs slashing and cutting to a head banging rythym. The light show is awesome with explosions and hands held high. Good job.

These words however also carry the promise of redeemption and healing:

"...It was my words that brought this sorrow on
That and all the other things I’ve done wrong
Just because of the love I lack..."

Through words and love black goes from grey to white.

Peace
Yangdantien
