by the way you smile
live and laugh
but now its all gone
away with the past
and as i step
on shards of broken hearts
scattered on the floor
i scream and cry
and beg for more
more of your torture

Hits close to home. A little too close. Torture & pain could entail nothing more than spending an afternoon together with this previous lover. It’s metaphorical or allegorical. Good piece.
