Array ( [sid] => 12897 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Christina's Day! [time] => 2003-02-18 18:00:00 [hometext] => I wrote this for my parents even though its my birthday I feel they should be praised for giving birth to me!
Also in memory of my dear mother Ursula! [bodytext] => On this day 35 years ago,you gave birth to me,
a precious baby created by both of you,
"Christina" is what you picked my name to be,
the gift I received was you two,
My parents with out you there would'nt be me,
so I thank you for bringing me into the world,
giving me lots of love, and honesty,
Your loved so much from your little girl,
On this 21st of February,
I saw two angels standing by,
my parents who love & carry,
It just makes me cry,
Instead of celebrating like I normally do,
I will be giving you praise,
for all the love & the support from you two,
the gift of how you raise,
I know its my day the day I was born,
but I will be remembering you,
for now my heart is oh so torn,
remembering all you went through,
I know I was'nt easy to teach,
but you did'nt give up on me,
for your love did reach,
look what I became to be,
I thank you both for all you did,
my birthday will be special to me,
for I'm not that little mouthy kid,
but a bright young lady,
So on this Birthday,I will shed a tear,
Knowing you gave birth to me,
wishing you could be here,
celebrating like it should be!
You are the ones that should receive the gift you see,
for this is also your day,
"Christina" was born,your little baby,
On Feb 21st my Birthday!

P.S.
I read this to my lil one..and when I got done reading the Author's comment and read your mother's name..my daughter was in shock..her eyes lit up and she started giggling. I asked her what was so exciting..and she said to tell you that you are lucky because your Mother was on the Little Mermaid hehe :)
