Noone lives here anymore
There are just empty clothes that walk in the streets during the day
They greet and embrace each other
They crinkle and undress themselves
So as to feel closer with each other
Emty houses set up coffee and tea in the afternoons
They exchange bibelots
Antiques of the present and of the past century
Beds on which hot sheets have sweat
Hot sheets and blonde pillows
And the cars compete on the catwalk
Everynight, at the gala or on the T.V.
They call each other to report the gossip of the day
with their strange sounds and bellows
even when they say “I love you”
And at work homeless wallets only show up
They set up deals and afterwards they go for a drink at the hotel next door
Along with short skirts and invisible blouzes
While they smoke thin cigarettes and expesive weed
Noone lives here anymore…
