Stumbling to find you in the dark
Bruising my soul as I fall to the cold floor
I’m unable to find the place you’ve hidden in
Desperately trying to hold onto your shadow
unable to hear your laughter
Memories of you still lingering in my mind
cant you stay for one more night
Just a bit longer
if only my dreams?
Maybe you’ll lean in and whisper to me the place you’ve run off to
Let the false illusion swallow me
until I fall into deep sleep
Let me fool my heart
into thinking that you’re still within my reach
Like a butterfly I’ve imprisoned in a glass jar
Please forgive me if I’m being selfish
I promise to set you free when I am ready
But Delicate threads of our memories together
is the only thing keeping me from losing my balance
The moon laughs at my weakness and loses it’s glow
making it harder to see you
In my forest of loneliness I try to trace your fragrance
but I can’t focus
This pain clouds my mind
I can only feel you losing your light
Fading silently into the dark

Seems you’ve found a way to escape from this world
the rain falls now
down my cheeks and into my breaking heart
You were the selfish one after all
Leaving me behind to drown in a sea of my own crimson tears
I ..
I forgive you ,my white butterfly
I can’t help but to smile as the last breathe escapes my lungs
Because I’ll be joining you soon
And we can finally hide together from the rest of the world
To a place where not even the sea nor the stars are aware of. whoa...yes....each individual reader may interpret it differently...for me ...it's almost a romeo and juliet feeling....only it's bigger then that......."And we can finally hide together from the rest of the world
To a place where not even the sea nor the stars are aware of."

brilliant.

I can relate several things into this write.
You are amasing with the way you brought this forth.
