[bodytext] => The unspoken words, the things left unsaid No chance to settle, our friendship is dead Feeling betrayed, too angry for tears Let tensions build for too many years Most of life is settled, but there is no end To the hurt that I'm feeling, so now I will send A last message to you, of the pain in my heart And the hate I'm now feeling, which will eventually part I was there when you needed me, and neglected my life When I needed you most, I was cut by a knife I made the mistake of getting too involved In your dramas and traumas that your life did revolve My life was all ****** up, a long time spent in reflection But I spent too much time looking to you for direction Became too reliant and needy on the **** that weren't friends At this age I should know better on who I should depend Not once did you tell me, not once did you say I have my own problems, please come back another day So you waited 3 years to tell me your pain Waited till I was at my weakest point, and THEN you did complain Became the scapegoat for your own ****** up existence Not even a chance to resolve a perceived simple difference While my life fell apart, I was wrong to believe That you cared at all, that your friendship would relieve the depression, the sadness, the darkness that swallowed I looked up to you, and your friendship I followed When the end finally happened, and I took a look around I stared alone into the sadness, and you were nowhere to be found I only realized, when it came to the end I set myself up to be hurt, cause you weren't a real friend In the 2 months that have passed, I finally can see That it all was a lie that you'd be there for me For most my life I've made mistakes in choosing my close friends But in all this ugly, rediscovered the core, on which I can depend By choosing the wrong friends, I helped seal my fate …and all I'm left with is this venomous hate That I pass on to paper, so I can let go A last time to be honest, so these things you should know [comments] => 3 [counter] => 240 [topic] => 48 [informant] => darkscorpio [notes] => Edited for language - please follow the site rules.
