a symbol of a cross with the boy that she loves;

the blood turns from hers to his;

as his blood flows forth he wriths in pain but never trys to leave;

he is happy to take her pain, to take her pain away is his only wish;

to make her see the pain she causes him;

he heart is draining, wishing that she would only stop the bleeding;

she looks on in horror wondering what is happening;

she realizes who it is carved into her, carved into her heart;

as she starts feeling weak she wonders why the pain has stopped;

he cries out to her, but no sound comes from his lips, only the splattering of blood;

she looks closer and the the almost black tar-like liquid speckles her cheek;

she screams and he looks at her with nothing but love in his eyes;

she is scared, not for herself but for the love that he has for her;

she looks up and sees in the mirror her boy on the ground, but not in her room, but his;

he is dying, dying inside his heart is broken, blood spewing forth from his throat, wrists, and chest;

she screams again, runs to the mirror and screams his name but there is no answer, he only looks at her through the mirror wondering where the sound came from;

he trys to get up but cant, he is in so much pain, but he is happy, he just smiles and mouths "I LOVE YOU, WITH ALL MY HEART.";

his eyes close the slowly the blood stops flowing from her arm, he is no more;

the image in the mirror faids in a swirl of red;

she screams his name over and over again, she then closes her eyes;

she opens them again and finds her self in bed, sweat surrounds her, the sound of his voice has woken her;

he is next to her, asking her if she is ok;

she looks at him half with horror and relief;

she wispers "YOUR HERE." he looks at her with puzzlement on his face;

she kisses him and holds him close, he holds her not caring what was ment by her;

she looks into his eyes and and only sees love in him, he sees that she is scared, but doesnt care, he is there for her in her times of need, whenever she needs him he will be there, never to let her hurt.

First and foremost, welcome to YPDC, a site that cares for any and all poets.

Very nice first post, the imagery is great in this work, I can see her staring in the mirror yelling at him, but there is no sound.
Very powerful work here, I will keep up on your work and will comment when I can.

Good work and welcome once again.
