I know that they are there,
you have to be an angel,
and that's why God has sent you here.

I have searched your tiny body for wings I can not see,
I have asked the Lord above, why you were sent to me.
It seems I don't deserve you,
or the gifts that you have brought,
you have to be angel,
to win the fights you've fought.

Where do you hide your wings little one?
I asked that dreadful night,
when it took everything you had,
to continue on that fight.
They say angels always win,
if what they say is true,
I don't need to see your wings,
to know my angel is you.

I think this poem is sad but beautiful at the same time. It even made me shed a tear for you and your son, your son must have been very strong to fight it. Keep up the inspiring pieces of poetry

We are God's creation, and God creates miracles daily. You have living proof of that. God bless you and your son. No, He has already done that. May He continue to bless both you and your son. Thank you for sharing this beautiful work. wrdz
