I can see you running with a smile on your face,
With arms spread out like an eagle.
Just for me,
Just for me to love and apprietiate.
It amazes me how you said you would never let me go,
And how you weren't lying.

Your here right now,
Even though i don't see you
I can feel you against my body
Your body heat paralyzing me in the moment.
Whispering in my ear,
I will never let you go.
And just me beside you
Laughing at the jokes you tell.
You, my babe, are my nicotine, my addiction.
The one to love in the coldest of nights, the one to-

You held on to me with such passion,
You said you would never let me go.
Somehow I knew you weren't lying
Although your not with me in this moment,
But I can feel your warm embrace.
