Come to me children,
Lean on me today,
Let me hold your hand,
Let me guide your way,
Only if you let me,
Ask me today,
I'll be there for you,
Just let me know when you pray.

Can't you hear Him,
Can't you understand,
What this man Jesus did,
For you way back then,
He is almighty,
And all things are possible to,
So take it to Jesus,
And He will make you new.

Just telling you about Him,
I hope you share my problem,

My invisible friend

I thought maybe,
I could tell you my problem,
My problem is really big,
I hope you can help me,
I hope you will understand,
See I have a friend,
No one can see,
I can feel His presence,
And love He has for me,

You will hear His word.

seems like it should be posted under religious poetry..but I view a relationship with God and His Son as something deeper than friendship.. anyway..the last line kind of bothers me; being a fool for God..sounds like what a religious zealot would say..but that's just me..it was interesting anyway..

Being a fool for the master has never hurt mankind yet. Why isn't the fool; the one who dances and makes people laugh and gets their mind off their problems???sounds good to me. Nice piece and invisible friends are my favourite too....they don't borrow your clothes and not bring them back.
It takes courage to write about such a special friend and not get challenged along the way.
