I am saddened every time the posts I read…
My heart for my friends so deeply bleeds…

The pain you hold inside is not self-soothing…
Every one I read is deeply moving…

My friends I hope you know that if you just spill it…
The ones that caused you pain will know it…

You will feel a great weight removed from your soul…
And you will begin in your heart to fill the hole…

No matter what the outcome of your revelation…
Your pain will release and you will have in your life fortune…

Don’t hold it in… let it out…
Open your lips and begin to shout…

Let them know the pain they have caused…
They’re living their lives with no pause…

No concern and sometimes not knowing…
The pain you’re holding and not showing…

I feel your pain every time I see your words…
To let them live without your pain seems to me so absurd…

If you need to talk to someone else…
You can talk to me and feel yourself…

Much better if not for a moment…
And relieve yourself of your torment…

Release it my friends… Let the sun set on your torment

Kind and heartfelt words from a really good man. This poem shows what real friendship is all about, and how you can understand someones heartache, and will always be there to listen and talk. Your a diamond Bill, your poetry is fantastic, and very thoughtful. Sue x

this is prctically proof of how good a person you are. HUGS! but i must say... to let someone know how much pain they've caused me.... wow, that's so much easier said then done.

I don't think you want to hear it .. LOL. I've been storing it up for years. Not all of it's unhappy..some of it is happy daydreams best left unuttered..sigh. poems inside the heart..unwritten sighs.

Mr Dude, you have a huge heart, my friend.

Nicely done.

Pssst....I'll let ya' in on a little secret. It's not always the "things I Wish I Could Tell You Thread." Nope, quite often it's the "Things I Hope You See and Know It's You Thread"...or somewhere there's abouts. I still post in the dag gummed thread but it's generally directed to those that can no longer respond because they have passed on to the other side.

I enjoyed this.

Thank you.

Tim
