- not that I took the corner wide
and his fault I was late
- not that slept in 10 minutes extra
then it was her fault I wasn’t home
- can’t she scan faster
and I won’t notice her panic
calling desperately for help
- that will never come
she chose to work the checkout

I needed to stay back
- to brown-nose
and needed to sleep in
- after last nights work drinks
peak hour is everyone else’s fault
and the wife shouldn’t have bugged me
- now crying on our bed
doesn’t she know my day was hard
and the kids have no respect
- bed without dinner
I work to feed their worthless guts
God, don’t they know how run up I am
- how hard done by?

It’s not my fault I’ll sleep on the couch
or that the kids are scared or me
or that I got that speeding ticket
- paid with our holiday savings
it’s not my fault I tell you!

This guy needs one of those shirts...."whatever it is i didn't do it....unless you like it..."
like i say about the guy in my poems "it's not my fault i like him....its his fault for being the way he is...i cant help it that i like the way he is!!" yesh....blaming random thigns on random people is fun as long as nobody gets in trouble or gets hurt! which isnt exactly the case in this poem....he got a speeding ticket adn his kids are scared....now tell me is that the way to live?? but it's the truth.....some people get away with everything because they are killer excuse makers...
yes...arent those people so very annoying?
good poem nonetheless..i just tend to ramble!
the first stanza is the best...it was that guys fault i was late.....not because i slept in a bit........NOT MY FAULT!! hehe
awesome!
