This stony road...
Where it goes...
Remains untold...
I commence to walk
It's stony ground…
I follow its direction...
Around and round...
It's curves are sharp..
I'm unaware of the next bend...
But upon reflection I find...
Though distance doth part us,
There your shadow lurks…
With each slope and incline
And each way this path may jerk...
One single question lays on my mind...
Will you be my path's end?

Ahhh that's sweet. Speculation and hope mingled together like two cosy lovers. Nice piece.

  • Woah, such a thought-provoking write.

I love the flow in this, it's kinda lulling...
Or that might just be because I'm sleepy; but heh.

I think my favourite line would have to be the first,
because it kinda accepts how long the journey actually is.
And I think an important part of everything is just .. to accept.

    Thankies for sharing this.
    *hugglies you*

    Kat.
