I traveled the world in search for words
Listening to mountain breeze and singing birds
Trying desperately to find a combination
Of letters baring the weight of my affection

Poets wrote thousands of verses
Actors made so many rehearses
Hoping to express a state of heart
Burning in love and shattered apart

A few shy lines I managed to form
With words made of fire and storm
To show you how much I rage
When my heart is stuck inside a cage

You see, no poet nor actor could ever find
The perfect way to reveal a lover's mind
Where emotions scream with words unheard
For emotions say more than thousand word

  • Ooh, I agree with Thumber above. ^^

I, too, adore the line, "Where emotions scream with words unheard."
    So, so powerful.

    *hugglies*
    Wonderful write, thankies for sharing.
