Music comes from the tree-top and heather
Also from the waves on the shores that gather
At the bright windows of night in her tower

Moon has its blossom, the stars are in flower
Dance with the beer, let`s all dance together
Soft are the sands, and let foot be feather
Across the shores the waves glitter as silver

Merry is my time and merry in our meeting
No more sighs till the end of next morning
Now the moon had fallen, dark is the land
Shall remain in hush till dawn is at hand

The blue sky has silver spots in its plains
These gems never fades in their shines
They kindle dreams in the mind of my angel
When the moon goes across the sky being cool

As my heart, the sailing moon gets wet in the mist
Along with the moon the clouds go on a happy flight
It continues its journey so long till the day appears
Seeing this scenic beauty, my mind gets its raptures

It has the making of a good old Irish song, nicely done.
