thank you Jeff,, [bodytext] => As young I can remember,,, One year younger than him,, he was always there for me,, trouble followed me,, kids starting to fights,, parents didn't want me,, but he still took care of me,, he always said I'm my brothers keeper,, i need to take care of them,, their my responsiblity,, when the parents can handle you,, you want to run away,, someone pulls you by your shirt,, and say's,,where are you going,, you tell them away,, where you could be wanted,, he would tell me I'm your keeper,, i will watch out for you,,and protect you,, but till one time,, he wasn't able to protect me,, caught up in the past,, is where he is,,wondering what went wrong,, where he was,, unable to protect the little one,, why,, even he was to young ,to protect this little one,, age has caught us now,,, older than befor,, still trying to figure out why,, knowing that he was his brothers keeper,, he knows now,,what had happened,, he knows that he couldn't do anything about it,, but it still runs in his mind,,why for he is his brothers keeper,, he protected me,, he watched over me,, he made sure that i was alright,, he was my keeper,, never had the chance to say,,thank you,, but i know that he feels it,, even to this day,, he will tell you,, That he's his Brothers keeper craig s. meeks [comments] => 1 [counter] => 144 [topic] => 55 [informant] => spooky [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => dedicatedpoems )
