And deep in your soul is worry and fear.
Blood pours from invisible wounds
as you begin to hope for the end to appear.
Your thoughts turn to death and destruction
and it's all you can do to get out of bed in the morning.
All you can do is to pray for this to lift
and deliver you from the pain and the darkness of the eternal night that is depression.

I understand this place as well. Your poem is all to real to me. I loved this all, except the last line needs to be cleaned up a bit.

god...you have a wonderful way of expressing your feelings. I can identify with wot u went thro' . been there...its a dark and heartbreaking place, all the doors are shut and no1 can get thro'. u need to be strong and pull yourself out of this. Writing out my feelings helped somewhat. It's almost as if by writing every thought no matter how crazy...just writing out something u can't really understand...u've somehow managed to express ur distress and have thereafter taken a hold of this unwanted emotion. You feel in control after that...like giving a disease a name. Anyways!!! Hope you're feeling much better now. I loved this poem, i could never have written something so deep and eloquent. well done!! :))

Happiness, always.

Arwen
