After everything that you have done,
why do I still care?
After that fateful night,
why do I still want to see you?
After being warned to leave you alone,
why is my heart still breaking?
After you told me that you hated me,
why do I still want to talk to you?
After knowing what I know now,
why do I still care about you?
You can say that I don't,
but how do you know what I really feel?
Who are you to tell me that I don't feel the way I do?
I know what I feel and who I am,
I know what you feel and who you are.

I've written many with this same meaning. And style.
I love the repetative style!
