Crimson kisses
awakens in the night
Tasting the warmth of blood
howling like the demon
lost in the vision
of wings as he decends
down from the
starlit heaven of dreams
The shadows in
moonlights fades
A dust of ashes
in autumns embrace
cast in my hunger
obsessed with the taste
of blood
I am calling
out your name
in hunger
You are caught
in my cold stare
and to struggle in vain
You were caught
in the dark passion
razor teeth licks
and tease this fatal attraction
screams of the morning star
sear through the melody
heartbeat sweet memories
dying in ecstasy
lost in the pleasure
in romantic decadence
peel from the depths
of your soul all restraint
with the smile of a angel a
nd the eyes of a saint
But in the dark passion
of the devil
you awake with the fire
of the autumn light
and the sensuous memory
of wings in the night

Your poems are
deliciously dark.
and speak to the
bestial nature of
those who have
the ears needed
to hear and appreciate
such decadent pleasures.
I very much enjoyed it.
Truly , Doug
